Callie rolling over

Callie rolled over again today. We got this video of her. It is not the best, but it will do for now. She rolled all the way over both ways about 5 times today. Here is the video:

Callie's First Easter

We celebrated Callie's first holiday today (we cant count Christmas because she was only 4 hours old). We went to church and then hung out with some friends for the afternoon. While we want to use the Easter holiday to teach Callie about Jesus and all that He did for her in His death and resurrection, she is unable to comprehend words, so we decided to make much of how cute she looked in her little dress. We will talk about Jesus next year with her. So you can judge for yourself how cute her outfit is:

Callie's friends (L to R): Maddux Poteat, Callie, and Annie Reagan

Callie looks like a Mennonite with her bonnet on...but she is still cute

She is adorable in this little dress

A walk in the park

We took Callie to the park in our neighborhood yesterday. We had to bundle her up, so that she could bear the 45 degree temperatures. She swung on the swing and slid down the slide. Here are a few pictures and a video from the day's events. We realize that the video probably wont be exciting to anyone else except our family, but we wanted to post it anyway:

Watching the snow and Friends

One of the "joys" of living in Minnesota is all the snow we get. Callie enjoyed watching her first snowfall yesterday. (She had seen snow before, but was not conscious of it). It was fun to watch her stare, wide-eyed, at the big snowflakes coming down.

She also got to hang out with her friend, Annie Reagan, for the first time yesterday. Callie was not too interested in Annie, but that will come in time.
