Settling In

We are starting to settle into a normal routine/life these days. We are getting into a rhythm of preschool and playdates. The next three pictures are from our trip to the zoo with friends. We just recently got a family zoo membership. We are excited to make it a place that we frequent.

The courtyard at Charlie's office is so pretty with its flowers and water fountains, we just have to go for lunch regularly. And, of course, seeing Charlie there is a perk as well...he he :)

New Place

We have been in our town home for one week now. It has been a good week, and we feel like this is going to be a good fit for our family for the next "however long." We have a swingset/playground right out our door.

the best part about being here is all the kids. They provide lots of entertainment. Another amazing example of God providing for us here is the fact that some friends of ours moved in right next door. They are a couple that also used to be on staff with campus outreach! We met at a conference a few years back. They have 3 kids. We are excited about doing life together with them.

We made homemade ice cream for our friends next door and basically all the kids in our building!

The rest of these pics are from the town home. Sorry the lighting is bad in some of them, but I guess you can get a picture of what it's like. The last two pictures are both from the master bedroom. And, the kids do share a room. We decided to do it that way so that we could have a playroom.

Cousin Riely's party

A couple of weeks ago we celebrated cousin Riley's first birthday. There was a professional photographer/friend taking pictures. She got some good shots of our kids so I had to post them. It was a great party "Busy Bee" theme. Here is a shot of most of the party goers. I know Coleman isn't looking but in the other pictures he's actually scowling, so I chose this one. Looking back on it, he was probably upset that we made him stop eating his cupcake to take a picture. Also, we have finally moved into a townhome. I promise to post pictures of the place soon!
